School Dinners

At Sussex Road Primary School, children may either have a packed lunch or a school dinner.  The Government currently funds school dinners for children in Year R, 1 and 2.  If children continue to have school dinners, and do not qualify for Pupil Premium Funding, there is a charge. 

Nourish Contract Catering provide our school dinners.  The food is prepared on site in the school kitchen.  The menus follow the Government's School Food Regulations.  

Nourish operate their own payment system for school dinners via ParentPay.  School dinners are currently priced at £2.53 per meal.
