Think about the insects, mammals and trees we have looked at in Forest School. Think about how they stand or move. Can you design and test out your own yoga poses based on them? Will you be standing tall and straight like a young Oak tree or possibly low and wide like the mighty old Oak. Maybe you will move between the two poses like we did in the playground at school. Will you be able to bend and sway in the wind like the Willow? Maybe you can think about the wiggly worms or the scuttling beetles.
Can you teach your poses to someone else?
