To start our topic, we visited Godstone Farm so that we could meet different types of animals! We have been learning about: mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds and fish.
We have learnt so much about different types of animals and how to look after them, we have decided to be farmers! We have worked hard in teams to create our own animals and a farm to keep them safe. We have been thinking about whether our animal is a herbivore, omnivore or carnivore so that we can look after it properly.
Before making our farms we had to plan the layout with a messy map, then an aerial view map with a key. We could then start making!
When our farms were finished, we held our own Farm Show in the Hall so that we could teach others about how to look after different types of animals.
